Dinner follows in Chora, one of the most picturesque villages in the Cyclades.
Head back to Anemi Hotel after dinner.
Day 2 – Monday, September 14
Yoga & Diving experience
08:00 – 09:30: Morning yoga practice focused on breathwork and mobility.
09:30 – 11:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
12:30: Boat departure for the first Scuba Diving Experience with Sea U Diving Centre. Guests explore the
underwater landscape of Folegandros accompanied by certified dive professionals. Light snacks and
refreshments are available on board.
Afternoon return to the hotel and time to relax.
18:00 – 19:00: Gentle evening yoga.
19:30: Group dinner in Chora.
Head back to Anemi Hotel.
Day 3 – Tuesday, September 15
Island hiking & Beach discovery
08:00 – 09:30: Morning yoga practice.
09:30 – 11:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
11:30: Guided coastal hike from Chora to the beaches of Fira, Agali, and Galifos, offering spectacular
views of the Aegean Sea.
Guests spend the afternoon swimming and relaxing by the sea.
Late lunch at Agali Beach.
Boat transfer back to the port in after lunch.
Evening at leisure to explore Chora and dine independently.
Head back to Anemi Hotel.
Day 4 – Wednesday, September 16
Diving & Island dining
08:00 – 09:30: Morning yoga practice.
09:30 – 11:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
12:00: Boat departure for the second Scuba Diving Experience. Snacks and refreshments provided on
board.
Evening: Group dinner at Pounta Restaurant, known for its authentic island cuisine and relaxed
atmosphere.
After dinner, a short walk to the nearby church for sunset views over the island.
Head back to Anemi Hotel.
Day 5 – Thursday, September 17
Coastal hike & Closing ceremony
08:00 – 09:30: Morning yoga practice.
09:30 – 11:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
11:30: Guided hike from Ano Meria to Livadaki Beach, one of the island’s most secluded coastal spots.
14:30: Boat pickup from Livadaki and return to the port.
Afternoon free time for swimming, relaxation, or exploring Chora. Lunch at leisure.
18:00 – 19:00: Closing yoga practice & sound bath.
